This time, it’s rock painting!
I’ve started dabbling with acrylic painting this year, and that includes painting rocks!
Rock painting is not that much different than painting on a canvas. Although the slightly curved surface and odd shape make it slightly challenging.
I’ll keep the first few I paint, but after that I’ll start leaving them to be found out in the wild.
I found this book to be a good resource for getting started: the Art of Rock Painting.
The supplies are reasonably cheap, and if you don’t have a ready source of rocks, you can even buy them!
