I was lucky enough to get a reasonably nice picture of a Monarch Butterfly perched on one of the flowers on our back deck. At first I wasn’t sure if it was a Monarch or Viceroy Butterfly, but now I know Viceroys have a dark horizontal stripe towards the bottom of their wings, and Monarchs don’t.
