When we visit Boulder we usually stay in Louisville. It’s only a few miles away and we like the hotel where we stay. There are some bike trails in Louisville, and this last trip I explored them quite a bit.
I’ve ridden the trails in the area a few times now and am finally getting a sense of where to ride. There isn’t a good trail map that I’ve found, and sometimes the trail just stops only to resume a few blocks later.
Nonetheless, I was able to get in rides of 7 and 9 miles last Saturday and Sunday. I love the way the trails meander and have long sections, almost park like, between two rows of houses. Quiet for the folks who live there, and pleasant to ride.
