We recently did our first quilt store Shop Hop, details below!
The way it works is you visit participating area quilting and sewing shops. You show them your guide and they put in a sticker and also you get a commemorative block, unique to each store visited.
We visited 7 stores in 5 hours, starting in Hutchinson and ending in Cottonwood Falls. In between we visited shops in Wichita (2), Newton (2) and Marion.
It was a beautiful spring day and after 4 days of rain, everything was lush and green. I plan to go back to most, if not all of the stores we visited, as each had a unique and special character.
