Today I reached a new high water mark in terms of number of miles cycled in a month.
I made it to 300 miles!
This is especially encouraging this year, as my total mileage for the year is down compared to past years.
I cemented the deal with one of my favorite rides, down to the Smoky Hill River at the corner of Shawnee and 8th.
It’s normally a 22 mile round trip and I needed 25 miles to ensure I met my goal, so I rode on down to the Freemount Church to pad my total.
I took a few photos along the way, including one of my bike; it hasn’t been featured in a blog post for months and months!
