I had occasion to take some more photos a few days ago. Despite a few inches of rain within the past week, the situation continutes to deteriorate. As the following photos show, the north end of the lake, near Horsethief Canyon, more resembles a pasture than a lake. These photos are similar, but exactly the same composition as those taken in April; close enough to see how badly we need a lot of rain.
