Kona was a member of our family for 15 years. He was a delightful yorkie, and we have many fond memories of the time he was with us. He passed away over a year ago, and the time has come for us to bring home a new puppy.
Our good luck is that the Yorkshire Terrier Club of Northern California is having a specialty dog show in Sacramento the 11th of this month. We hope to meet some breeders, see some dogs and ask lots of questions. We don’t necessarily expect to bring a dog home this weekend, but we do hope to have a good idea where our next one will be coming from.
Getting excited about a new puppy also brings back many memories of Kona.
