power of “branding”

I needed a web template. 3 column, css based. one I had used before. I couldn’t remember the name, and google returned entirely too many hits.

I remembered the site had the word blue in it. bluedomino? no, so I just searched for ” template 3 column blue”. 5th link; bluerobot. had I not remembered “blue” it would have taken a lot longer to find what I was looking for.

there’s power in memes, slogans, bumper sticker sized info nuggets.

The featured image (which may only be displayed on the index pages, depending on your settings) was randomly selected. It is an unlikely coincidence if it is related to the post.

  1. of course, shortly after I found the above site, I realized that wasn’t actually what I wanted. Changing tactics entirely, I searched for one of the strings in the style sheet I wanted to use, and google found it pretty rapidly:

A while later I find: http://www.thenoodleincident.com/tutorials/box_lesson/basic4_touch.html, which is, really, finally, the one I’m looking for. 😉
