aka Sheryl’s birthday.
Spending the first day of retirement celebrating Sheryl’s birthday in Estes Park Colorado is a good way to begin the proceedings.
I began the day with a ride around Estes Lake. I was surprised, and thrilled, to see a bald eagle early in the ride!
Sheryl and I had her favorite for breakfast, Eggs Benedict, and then went for a nice drive in the afternoon. We had a great Thai dinner and ended the day with a good bottle of wine.
I could get used to this!
